It was a tough experience having significant damage in our home due to the Winter Storm. Ricardo and his team did an excellent job with mitigation of the water damage and remodeling the damaged areas. There is a lot that goes into this type of repair and Ricardo was patient with helping me through the steps. So much to take in that I was clueless about. I have a new kitchen that was a labor of love. Special recognition to Dylan (Mitigation Team), Alfredo (Sheetrock and Painting), Carlos (Carpenter Extraordinaire) and Bill (Electrician). I recommend R&L to get the job done!!

I cannot give a higher recommendation for this Contractor. I worked with them as a result of an insurance claim. My house had damage to my hardwoods which are 80% of my home as well as ceiling and wall damage. From day 1 of my interaction with R&L it was a very positive and calming experience. I worked with Samuel, Johnathan, and Lalo and they were each so professional. They worked fast and did a fantastic job. Our entire home had to be packed up and moved and instead of it being a stressful situation it wasn't as stressful. They did not take my trusting them with our home for granted and were very respectful. Samuel is my favorite and he guided us through the whole project and was always available. My home is repaired and looks even better than before!

It is important for me to work with business owners to respect their businesses or the jobs they do. I believe that such businesses don't put you in a situation that leave you with a lot of problems to deal with later on. The R&L company was recommended right after another company left the job without finishing on my rental property. Even the job done by this company was really lousy. I didn't have any other choice finish the job correctly and I have contacted the R&L. They came over and took care of all the problems in a timely manner. I made one phone call to Samuel. He met me at my house and an inspection of my roof. He did all the leg work for the insurance. Whittington a week it was approved. Made sure weather was good and we set up the date to start. On start date Samuel brought the owner of the company out with him to introduce us. Within two days I had my roof completed with new gutters all around my house. When they were putting roof on Samuel noticed I had a crack in the driveway and he sealed it so it wouldn’t get worse he did this at no charge. I recommend this company for all of your needs. They are professional courteous and efficient.

R&L Building group was a blessing in disguise for me. I was out of town when a neighbor called and told me I had a main water line broke in my attic. The broke water line ran for 3.5 days before being detected. R&L came in and completely revamped my home, ahead of schedule, and was done in a very professional manner. His employees are second to none, respectful, and very courteous. My home looks like new. I'd highly recommend R&L Building Group.

We had a really great experience with R&L Building Group. We Needed to repaint our entire shop. Everything was done well, and our showroom was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

My washing machine overflowed and it flooded my house with an inch and a half of clean water throughout 3/4 of my home. It was quite an unsettling experience at first but I called R&L building group and Rick and Eli came out immediately and set my mind at ease. They worked with the insurance company with good communication and professionalism. They do quality work and I'm very proud of how my house turned out as well as my newly remodeled kitchen. I have a corner cabinet with a piano door hinge with a two level lazy Susan. You won't believe how many dishes, pans, etc that corner holds. I also got pull out drawers rather than cabinets as it is easier for me to get cooking utensils, and dishware out now. The only thing that I would suggest for future clients would be a little better communication for arrival times to the home between the project manager and the actual worker. That only happened a couple of times but It was certainly not a big thing. They contract with quality plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and handymen. My wife and I purchased a home built by R&L and we love it. This company does not cut corners. The house is solid and the design was very well thought out both structurally and aesthetically. After we moved into the home, Ricardo was extremely responsive and attentive in helping us iron out the minor wrinkles that sometimes come with a new build that no one has lived in. He always responded immediately to our calls and addressed our concerns in a professional and timely manner.

They were able to build a home for us brand new from the foundation up is 8 weeks. They were able to get permits and architectural drawings done in a matter of 1 week. Plans passed through the city in record time. They also came in and saved us from another contractor who had already started the job wrong and still finished within the same budget. If you want the best work done you have ever seen...turn key, high end, etc. etc. etc....you will not go wrong with Ricardo and his Company!!
